“In 2019, apart from usual focus on deals, a special attention is being given to strategy and organization in order to be able to keep on growing successfully.
“2019 should be another good year for M&A, but in a changing environment, with more defensive than offensive deals. We anticipate many vertical concentrations, build-ups, direct competitors mergers and divestment from non-core assets.”
