The Accounting, Audit & Tax Awards are designed to acknowledge and honour those who demonstrate hard work, dedication and above all an exceptional quality of service within the Accounting, Audit & Tax industry.
This year we will explore all the industries this wonderfully diverse sector has to offer ranging from accounting and consultancy to taxation services and bookkeeping. It is the sole objective of Acquisition International to honour the contributions of those who aim above and beyond to demonstrate excellence within their chosen sector of this saturated market, on a global basis for some of the world’s most demanding clientele!
In order to offer a level playing field to all, the 2020 Accounting, Audit & Tax Awards are judged purely on a merit basis. In order to determine our lucky few, our in-house research team carefully analyse any information that is available both online and in the public domain. Nominees are also asked to prepare a short case file disclosing their chosen business practice and sector as well as any previous accolades, certifications and client testimonials.
In short, it is our sole objective to find out what differentiates you and your business from the tens of thousands of financial services businesses competing daily with one another across the globe.
Winning one of our prestigious 2020 Accounting, Audit & Tax Awards provides you with the evidence to prove that beyond any doubt, you stand out from the crowd as a leading Accounting, Audit and/or Tax business.

Nominees are gained via our online nomination form from magazine subscribers, online visitors, social media following, clients and our wider circulation.
Those putting forward nominees are welcome to nominate their own firm or colleagues within their firm as well as third party businesses.
Acquisition International is part of the publishing house AI Global Media, the publishers also put forward nominees for consideration.
All those who formally accept their nomination will be asked if they would like to submit material for further consideration as supporting evidence.
We consider materials supplied by nominees, information on those nominated businesses available online and any information supplied with the original nomination.
Our research team who are highlighted below will assess all information presented when it comes to determining winners.
The team gather information independently from a number of publicly available sources, they will assess the material supplied by the nominees and by those who put them forward originally.
They will cast their final judgment based on various criteria including client dedication, innovation, business growth, longevity, online reputation, client feedback and business performance.
Once winners have been determined each winner will be contacted directly.
Details of those winners will be embargoed until Acquisition International formally announce the winners publicly via the website and award winners’ magazine.
We encourage all of our winners to publicly announce their win independently.
Announcements via company websites, social media chanels, via publicly released press releases, and through local and national press are a great way of really maximising the exposure gained from such an amazing achievement.
After joining the business in 2015, Martyn has been involved with numerous award programmes on Acquisition International and has thus developed a keen interest in corporate finance matters. Gaining an understanding of the trends affecting how businesses perform has been hugely important in his role as lead researcher on AI.
